   VOTING PARAMETERS:
1) One vote per entry per computer. Vote count is programmed to register IP addresses.
2) Entry numbering is random- based on how MCX received the entries.
3) Poll percentage will be displayed. Actual vote tally maybe requested by the contestants after the web vote.
4) Voting starts on January 25, 2010 and ends 5:00PM February 1, 2010.
